浅谈高校辅导员队伍建设

A Discussion on the Buildup of Counselor Team in the Higher Education Institutions

高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,加强高校辅导员队伍建设,是进一步改进大学生思想政治教育工作所面临的重要课题,是贯彻落实中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的意见》所必须解决的"谁"来加强和改进的"人"的问题。本文从高校辅导员队伍建设中"存在问题"和"解决问题"两方面提出了一些意见和建议。

Counselor Team is the mainstay in the higher education institutions for the ideological and political education of college students, and it is an important issue to strengthen the buildup of counselor team in the higher education institutions for the further improvement in ideological and political education of college students and to implement the Opinions of How to Further Strengthen and Improve the Work in Ideological and Political Education for College Students from the CPC Central Committee and State Council for the situation of ＂who＂ and improvement involved with ＂people＂ issues. In this paper, the author makes some suggestions for the buildup of counselor team in the higher education institutions on ＂problems＂ and ＂problem-solving＂ .
