摘要
介绍了大型机床导轨直线度测量仪的测量原理,给出了测量仪的无线光靶的软硬件设计。该无线光靶采用光电池件作为传感器,采用单片机进行数据采集、处理,用无线通讯模块进行数据传送,实现了大型机床导轨直线度低成本、高效率、高精度测量。
A wireless light target was designed in which two-quadrant photocells were used as the position sensors,a chip microcomputer was used for data acquisition and processing that would be dispatched by the wireless module CC2500 to PC for assessing errors.Principle of using the wireless light target for straightness measurement was discussed.The hardware and software designs of the system are also been given.The given experimental results show that the wireless light target can be used for industrial applications.
