摘要
管道运输已成为现代社会不可缺少的组成部分,在经济建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着管线的增多,由于不可避免的腐蚀、损坏或超年限运行等原因,管道泄漏事故频频发生。漏点定位是泄漏检测中很重要的技术,泄漏检出后,快速、精确的泄漏点定位对防止事故扩大、减少损失至关重要。本文设计了一套原油管道泄漏监测系统,提出了两种新的定位方法:(1)基于一种快速微分算法的瞬态负压波定位方法;(2)极性相关漏点定位方法。现场的运行和实验验证了这两种方法的有效性和准确性。
ipeline transportation plays a more and more important part in world's economy.But pipelines have been subjected to co rrosion and wear,and some have been operated beyond design limits.Pipeline leaks happen frequently.Locating leak point is a very important technique.Quick and accurate locating leak point could gain time for avoiding accident and reduce the loss of material.In this paper,development of a system to monitor the crude oil pipeline is introduced.Two methods of locating leak point are proposed:1.Instantaneous negative pressure wave locating method based on a fast differential algorithm;2.Polar correlation leak point locating.Experiments in Shengli Oilfield showed the accuracy and practical value of the methods.
