摘要
研究了在硅相增强ZA25合金中加入不同量的变质剂时,ZA25合金耐蚀性的变化规律,探讨了ZA25合金的腐蚀机理。结果表明,ZA25合金在质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液中发生的腐蚀既有化学腐蚀,又有电化学腐蚀,但主要是吸氧的电化学腐蚀;变质剂的加入有助于提高ZA25合金的耐蚀性,当变质剂加入量为1%时,合金的腐蚀速度最小,耐蚀性最好。
The change in the corrosion resistance of ZA25 alloy reinforced by silicon phase was investigated upon the addition of different amount of modifier,and the corrosion mechanism of the alloy was discussed.The results show that the corrosion of the ZA25 alloy in 3% NaCl solution was chemical as well as electrochemical,but mianly electrochemical with oxygen involvement;the addition of modifier improved the corrosion resistance of the ZA25 alloy and the modifier content of 1% gave minimum alloy corrosion rate and best corrosion resistance.
