摘要
针对永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统低速时转矩脉动大的问题,基于直接转矩控制理论,分析了低速时转矩脉动大的原因,提出了转矩预测控制方法,并且借助MATLAB/Simulink工具,对基于转矩预测的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统各环节进行了仿真建模,仿真结果表明,该方法能有效地减小转矩脉动,改善低速运行性能。
To reduce the low speed torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on direct torque control(DTC),according to the principle and structure of PMSM DTC,the paper analyzed the reasons for the existence of large torque ripple of low speed,and set up the sub-modules of PMSM DTC based on torque prediction system by MATLAB/Simulink.Simulation results show that the torque ripple was effectively reduced and the performance of low-speed operation is improved.
