摘要
基于化工装置长周期运转、停车检验经济损失大的现状,通过对基于声发射和超声TOFD的在线综合检验技术研究,提出了在线检验的有效解决方案,并通过重整反应器在线检验实例进一步验证了该技术的可靠性。
Because chemical plant installations have a long production cycle and production halts for inspection have economic loss every year, online inspection based on acoustic emission（AE） and TOFD technology can resolve it effectively. The reliability of the technology is fully proved by the application in chemical reactor.
