摘要
对某发动机零部件结构和整体结构分别进行了有限元模态分析,并通过模态试验对有限元模态分析模型进行验证;针对发动机整体有限元模态分析误差较大的问题,利用灵敏度分析法,对其进行了动力学模型修正;修正后的发动机整体结构模型具有较高的仿真精度,为后续的发动机动力学分析奠定基础。
Finite element modal analyses are conducted on both components and overall structure of engine. Then modal tests are also done on them to validate the finite element model for modal analyses. In view of the relatively large error in finite element modal analysis for overall engine structure, its dynamic model is corrected by means of eigenvalue sensitivity analysis. The corrected model for engine overall structure has higher simulation accuracy, laying a foundation for follow-up engine dynamic analysis.
