A Study on the Collaborative Production System Model for Vehicle Manufacturing Supply-demand Network in China

在对我国汽车企业现行制造系统调研分析的基础上,对整车厂及其全供需网的制造环节提出了工艺规划、灵活生产计划、制造执行及优化和生产调度与过程控制等方面的模块化解决方案,该方案对于其他复杂产品的协同生产系统也具有较好的适用性和参考价值。

Based on the investigation into current manufacturing systems in automotive enterprises in China, a modularized solution scheme is proposed covering the aspects of process planning, flexible production plan, manufacturing implementation and optimization, production scheduling and process control etc for the manufacturing link of complete vehicle plants and their supply-demand network. The scheme also has good applicability and reference value for the collaborative production systems for other complex products.
