摘要
利用现场IE方法对物料运输时的运输路线、动作、时间等因素进行标准化模拟分析,研究拖车与铲车上线作业时间与运输距离的关系,从而得出不同运输距离情况下拖车与铲车的运输效率。通过某汽车厂的生产线物流规划进行数值演算和验证,结果表明运输距离73m是选择拖车或铲车上线方式的分界线。
A standardized simulation analysis is performed on the route, motion and time of material moving by utilizing on-spot industrial engineering technique. The relationships between operation time and material moving distance for both cases of using hauler and forklift are studied, and hence the material moving efficiencies for both cases at different moving distances are obtained. The scheme is applied to the logistic plan of a production line in an automotive plant, and the results of calculation and verification show that a distance of 73 m is the demarcation of decision making for choosing hauler or forklift.
