穴位敷贴对老年人血脂代谢的影响

Effect of Plaster on Metabolism of Serum Lipids of Senior Citizens

目的:观察并评价穴位敷贴疗法对老年人群血脂代谢的影响。方法:75例老年高脂血症患者随机分成三组,每组25例。对照组进行饮食控制干预,观察Ⅰ组在饮食控制干预同时口服辛伐他汀片治疗,观察Ⅱ组在饮食控制干预同时,选用内关、足三里、三阴交、丰隆等主穴外敷治疗贴,连续10次为1个疗程。2个疗程后分别检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果:两观察组TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C较治疗前差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);两观察组与对照组比较,TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-L差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);观察Ⅰ组与观察Ⅱ组比较,TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:穴位敷贴疗法对老年人血脂代谢有明显影响。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of plaster on metabolism of serum lipids of senior population. Methods： Seventy-five elder people with hypedipemia were divided into control group, observation group I and observation group Ⅱ,25 patients in each group. The control group only received diet management. The observation group I and Ⅱ were treated with simvastatin tablets and plasters in addition to diet management, respectively. One course of the plaster treatment included 10 times. After 2 courses, serum total cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （ TG ） , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ） , and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ） were detected in the 3 groups. Results： The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C before and after treatment were significantly different in each observation group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference in these markers was noted between the control and the 2 observation groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） and between the observation group I and group If（ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The plaster therapy has beneficial effect on the metabolism of serum lipids of the elderly.
