摘要
为提高高锰钢履带板的使用寿命,对关键的强韧化处理技术中的水韧处理工艺进行了试验,认为材料为ZGMn13的高锰钢在冶炼时加入少量合金元素(Mo、V、RE)后,再采用水韧处理工艺;在高应力作用下有优异的耐磨性,在低应力作用下也有高的耐磨性,因此具有明显的技术经济效益。
In order to raise the service life of the caterpillar peate of high manganese content steel, the watertoughening treatment technogical test has been made for the critical toughening treatment. It is considered that it small quantity of alloy element (Mo, V, RE) is added in the high content manganese steel ZGMn13 during melting, then the water toughening treatment technology is applied to the excellent antiabrasive ability may be resulted in action of stress on of low stress. Therefore it possesses significant technologic and economical of enefit.
