EXTRACTION OF SOYBEAN OIL FROM SOYBEAN BY THREE PHASE PARTITIONING

摘要 采用三相分离技术进行大豆油的提取,研究了提取时间、硫酸铵质量浓度、叔丁醇比率、提取温度等因素对大豆油提取率的影响.结果表明,各因素对油脂提取率有不同程度的影响,其中提取温度和叔丁醇比率影响最大.与索氏抽提法所得油相比,三相分离技术提取的大豆油含磷量显著降低. Soybean oil was extracted by three phase partitioning (TPP) technology. The effects of extraction time, ammonium sulphate concentration, ratio of slurry to t-butanol, extraction temperature, etc. on the oil extraction rate were investigated. The results showed that the extraction conditions have different degree effects on oil extraction rate, especially the temperature and ratio of slurry to t-butanol. Compared to soybean oil ex- tracted by Soxhlet extraction, the soybean oil extracted by TPP has lower phosphorus content.
