摘要
介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂柴油加氢精制装置催化剂首次器外再生及再生后的应用情况,并与再生前及新剂进行了比较。结果表明,器外再生不但避免了器内再生过程的设备腐蚀等问题,而且再生后RN-22催化剂的活性较再生前有明显提高。
The catalyst regeneration for diesel hydrorefining unit in Jilin Petrochemical Co. is carried out out-of-reactor for the first time,the regeneration conditions and its application after regeneration are introduced in the paper. The comparison with old catalyst and new catalyst is also shown in the paper. The study shows that regeneration out-of-reactor can not only avoid the equipment corrosion problem during regeneration in-reactor,but also can improve the activity of RN-22 catalyst obviously in comparison with catalyst before regeneration.
