摘要
介绍用单片机作处理器的高温烟气流速相关测量仪.用压力传感器敏感高温烟气的压力脉动,利用互相关原理,用MCS—51单片机进行数据处理和系统监控,并采用过零时刻算法和快速峰值搜寻程序提高数据处理速度.实验证明,该技术可以满足工业现场实时测量需要.
In ths paper a cross-correlation velocimeter for high temperature flue gas by a single chip microprocessor is described in detail. Two pressure sensors were applied to sensing pressure fluctuating signal which will be processed by a MCS-51 single chip microprocessor. The zero-crossing algorithm and fast peak-seeking algorithm will enhance the speed of data processing.
