摘要
21世纪城市间的竞争将是文化的竞争,文化成为城市发展的战略重心,而文化对于城市发展重要性的体现和战略意义的实现,必然要以文化创意产业的发展来展现。发展文化创意产业形成城市新的经济增长点、优化城市产业结构、增加城市就业以及促进城市可持续发展,从而提升城市竞争力;城市竞争力的增强又为文化创意产业发展提供技术支撑、人才资源和便利环境。
In the 21st century, competitions among cities are in tact the competitions among cultures themselves. Thus culture becomes a strategic center of gravity of urban development. The importance of culture for urban development and strategic significance should rely on the development of cultural creative industries. And the latter forms new points of economic growth, optimizes industrial structure, improves employment and promotes the sustainable development of the city to increase the competitive ability of the urban, which in return, provides technological support, talented personnel and convenient environment for cultural creative industry development.
