摘要 学校职业价值观教育是职业指导的重要组成部分,旨在培养学生职业价值评价与职业价值选择的能力。国家宏观政策的制定、学校职业指导体系的逐步构建、职业指导者素质的提高与高职生择业观念的逐渐转变,为高职院校进行职业价值观教育创造了诸多实践的条件。职业价值观教育既可以贯穿在显性的课堂教学与实践活动中进行,也可以渗透在隐性的校园文化中进行。 Career value education for college students is an important part of career guidance and it aims to cultivate the students to improve the ability of evaluation and selection of career value. Many aspects have created practical conditions for students' career value education, such as the formulation of government policy, the gradual establishment of career guidance system, the improvement of the qualities of career conductors and the gradual transformation of students' career notions. All in all, career value education can be not only practiced explicitly in classroom teaching and activities, but also carried out implicitly in campus culture.
