摘要
借助于功率键合图建立了溢流阀调压系统的动态模型(即非线性状态方程),给出了仿真模型,介绍了在Simulink环境下利用状态方程进行溢流阀动态特性仿真的方法,同时讨论了如何通过改变参数来确定影响溢流阀动态特性的主要因素。仿真结果表明溢流阀的阻尼小孔直径及主阀下腔连通容积的变化对先导式溢流阀动态性能的影响比较明显。
In this paper,the dynamic model(the nonlinear state equations)of the pressure adjusting system of the relief valve is developed by means of the power bonding diagram,and the simulation model is established.The simulation method on the dynamic characteristics of the relief valve with the software MATLAB/Simulink based on the state equations is introduced.Meanwhile how to find the key factors affecting the dynamical characteristics of the valve by changing the parameter are discussed.The simulation results show that the diameter of the hole and volume of the connectivity have more influence on dynamic characteristics of the pilot-operated pressure relief valve.
