TV education is the important part in national education and taking the important mission to train the student who adapt to the needs of market economy of socialism. Nowadays, the development of TV education has been in the golden time that a lot of space and bright future. We must adhere to the guidance of scientific development concept to guide the development of science, focus on changing and finding the solution actively.
