The Definition and Construction of Developmental Host Evaluation System

本文结合媒介生态环境,从可持续发展的角度提出建构发展性主持人评价体系的初步设想,初步分析了为实现主持人与媒体发展的良性循环,发展主持人队伍,构建动态、持续、全面的主持人评价、监控体系需要的元素以及在构建过程中需要注意的工作重点。

Recently, TV comperes have been one of the most important parts of human resource within media industry. Even there is just a small amount of them, they still play quite a decisive role. But nowadays, the education, evaluation, examination and use are still a difficult problem to most media orgnizations. From the perspective of sustainable development, the article is based on the concept of Media Ecosystem to put forward a preliminary assumption on the developmental host evaluation system and discuss them. Furthermore, the article analyzes following aspects ： the virtuous circle between host and media, the scientific and long - term development of the hosts, the factors required by the construction of host evaluation and supervision system, and the working emphasis in the process of construction.
