为了了解江苏企业对产品质量检测技术人才的需求及培养定位,以苏南企业为背景,通过问卷调查、文案调查、走访调查等调查方法获得了企业对该专业人才需求的第一手资料,并对调查数据进行了分析,指出了目前该专业人才培养过程中存在的主要问题和改进对策,该专业的人才培养定位,为学校完善产品质量检测技术人才培养方案提供了具有重要参考价值的实证材料。

To know Jiangsu enterprises＇ need for technical personnel of product quality inspection; we get the fist-hand data by questionnaire, copy investigation and visit from the enterprises in southern Jiangsu. What＇s more, this paper analyzes the data and points out this discipline＇s personnel training orientation, and puts forward the current training problems and solutions which provide schools with the real materials and reference to make plans for the cultivation of technical personnel of product quality inspection.
