Analysis and Judgment of Relation between Loss and Capacity Type of Distribution Transformer

分析了配电变压器实际型号及容量与铭牌不符对空载及负载损耗试验结果的影响,通过3种在容量及型号上造假的配电变压器的损耗试验结果与国家规范要求值的差异对比,给出根据损耗测试结果判断变压器铭牌是否与实际型号及容量一致的方法,并针对如何防范容量及型号不实的变压器进入电网运行提出了具体的建议。

The influence that the actual type and capacity of distribution transformer are not consistent with its nameplate to the test results of no-load and load loss is analyzed. According to the comparisons among national criterion value and loss test results of three type distribution transformers whose actual type and capacity are not consistent with their nameplate, a method that low to judge whether the actual type and capacity of distribution transformer is consistent with its nameplate based on loss test results is proposed, and suggestions on how to keep such transformers away from electric network is also given.
