摘要
提出一种基于面向对象(Object-Oriented,OO)的制造控制系统建模和分析集成方法,该方法拉立在流行的建模工具──STD、IDEFO、OPN和E/R基础上,给出了这些模型与OO模型之间的映射关系,用于克服现有方法的一些局限性。该方法不仅是一种系统方法,也是一种形式化方法,它的使用将大大缩短开发新的控制软件和修改现有控制软件所需的时间。
An integrated object-oriented (O2) modelling and analysis paradigm is presented for manufacturing control system. This approach is based on popular modelling tools──STD, IDEFO, OPN and E/R. Some mapping rules are found between these models and the O2 models. It can improve the limitations of existing methods applied in manufacturing systems. The O2 paradigm can be considered as a suitable mechanism for combining these models. This provides not only a systematic method,but also a formal approach for FMS implementation. The time required for developing a new control software system or modifying an existing control software will be greatly reduced.
