摘要
饭店想要立足于社会并有所发展,必须有维持饭店经营活动的资源。在饭店使用的各种资源中,人力资源的使用和管理是饭店最重要的经营管理活动。只有合理使用人才,科学管理人才,有效开发人才,才能促进饭店目标的达成和个人价值的实现。可以说,高素质的员工对饭店业的发展起着重要作用。
Hotels must own the resources that maintain their business activities in order to be established in the society and to develop further. Among all the resources utilized in a hotel, human resources use and management is the most important. The hotel's target will certainly be reached and the staff's personal value be realized so long as the talented persons are used properly, managed scientifically and developed effectively. We draw the conclusion that high-quality staff plays an important role in the development of hotel industry.
