摘要
基于对现代企业技术开发能力和我国机电企业技术开发能力现状及发展方向的分析，探讨适应现代企业技术开发能力提高的工程师素质要求，提出了相应的培养模式。
Based on analyzing the technology development ability of modern enterprise, present situation and developing direction of mechanical enterprise and electrical ones in China, engineer quality requirements which meet to the enhance of technology deve1opment ability of modern enterprise are studied, the relevant training modes are put forward in this paper.
