摘要
通过单颗粒金刚石磨削和砂轮磨削抛光实验,观察玻化砖磨削表面的微观形貌,分析磨削加工表面形成机理及影响因素。瓷质玻化砖磨削表面是由莫来石、玻璃相和残留石英的塑性变形和脆性断裂形成的;玻化砖的晶相组成和加工工艺影响加工表面光泽度和粗糙度;玻化砖烧成、冷却和磨削温度产生的石英晶型转变,以及粗加工产生的残余裂纹,是导致磨削工件破裂的重要原因。
By the grinding tests of grinding the vitreous ceramic tile using single diamond grit and wheel,the ground surface morphographic was observed. The grinding process and influence factors were analyzed. The results show that the ground surface was formed by brittle fracture and plastic deformation of the compositions of ceramic tile, including mullite, g1ass phase and residual quartz. The process parameters and crystalline phase affect on the surface roughness and glossiness. The changes of quartz crystalline phase resulted by heating and cooling when sintering or grinding ceramic tile,and the residual cracks of rough grinding,are the main reasons of workpiece broken in process.
