精密数控机床的转角─线位移双闭环位置控制系统 被引量:12

摘要 研究出一种双位置闭环高精度伺服控制技术,并结合国情开发了用于高精度数控机床的新型双闭环位置控制系统。该系统可对各种类型的数控机床实现以高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能为特征的全闭环位置控制。应用于数十台国产数控机床上,在复杂模具零件和精密孔系零件加工方面取得良好效果。 A high accurate position servo control technique using double closed-loop is studied and the new position control system with double closed-loop of rotating and linear displacements for precision NC machine tools has been developed. The important features of the system are:it possesses not only the control precision of the fully closed-loop systems,but also the stability of the open loop systems. Besides, it has a wide applicable domain and can implement the closed-loop control with high accuracy, high stability, and excellent dynamic performance for variant NC machine tools. This system has been used on tens of NC machine tools and very good results have been obtained in the machining of complex mould parts and housing parts with precision holes.
