解决“三农问题”的对策研究

当前"三农"问题集中反映在农民收入过低、农民就业问题严重、农村社会政治经济发展缓慢;解决"三农"问题的对策关键是要努力提高农业的综合生产能力;要实施投入制度创新、加快工业反哺农业的步伐;要通过各种努力、大力发展劳务经济;要大力加强小城镇建设,推进城镇化进程;要大力发展生态农业,推进农业可持续发展。

The current three rural questions mainly center on farmers＇ low income, low employment, and slow development of politics and economy of the countryside. The key solution to three rural questions is to try hard to improve synthetical productivity of agriculture, to implement creative system, speed up the step of industry＇s returning nurturing to agriculture, to try every effort to develop greatly service economy, to strengthen greatly construction of small cities, to push on the advanced process of urbanization, to develop greatly ecological agriculture, and to push on agricultural sustainable development.
