摘要
提出一种替代静态田口方法进行稳健性设计的方法──双响应面法。这种方法不使用田口方法中的信噪比和二步优化概念,而是直接将质量特性的均值和标准差拟会为响应曲面,然后化为约束最小问题,并用序列线性规划求解。数值算例说明该方法的有效性。
Dual respone surface method which is an alternative to the static Taguchi Method is proposed in this paper. In this method,instead of the concepts of signal-noise ratio and two-step 'optimization in Taguchi Method, the rnean and variance of quality performance can be fit to two response surfaces directly,transformed initial problem into an constrained minimum one and solved it by using sequence 1inear programming. Numerical examp1es have verified its effectiveness.
