滚动轴承弹流油膜测试仪的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用阻容振荡原理,通过电路参数优化,研制出一台滚动轴承弹流油膜厚度测试仪。仪器的分辨率为3.5Hz/pF,测量范围为0~2.2nF。仪器在全膜弹流润滑时可定量测量弹流膜厚;在部分膜时可根据振荡波形分析非金属时间接触率。利用仪器实测某惯性轮轴承的弹流油膜厚度,并考虑热和乏油的影响,对轴承的弹流油膜厚度进行理论计算,实测结果与理论计算结果基本一致。 Using the resistance-capacitance (R-C)oscillation technique, a measuring instruments for oil film thickness of rolling bearing at elastohydrodynamc lubrication (EHL) state is developed by optimzing the circuit parameters. The resolving power of the instruments is 3.5 Hz/pF,and the measuring range is about 0-2. 2nF.The instruments can not only be used to measure the EHL oil film thickness quantitatively in full EHL state,but also to analyze the non-metal contact time ratio in partial EHL state according to oscillation waveship. The EHL oil film thickness of the satellite inertial wbeel bearngs is measured by using the instruments and calculated considering both thermal and starve influence. The measuring results of the oil film thickness are in accordance with the calculating results closely.
