新生儿脐血脂联素水平与胎儿宫内发育的相关性研究 被引量:5

Studies on Relationship of Adiponectin Levels in Cord Blood with Intrauterine Growth of Newborns

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿脐静脉血中脂联素水平与新生儿体重、胎龄和母亲脂联素水平等之间的关系。方法:采用放射免疫法测定33例正常足月孕妇及其新生儿脐静脉血的血清胰岛素及脂联素水平,并对其进行统计学分析。结果:脐血脂联素水平(31.42±15.97)μg/m l显著高于孕妇血脂联素水平(10.28±5.62)μg/m l;脐血脂联素水平与胎龄及新生儿出生体重呈正相关(r=0.411、0.408,P<0.05);脐血脂联素水平及新生儿出生体重与孕妇血清脂联素水平无相关性。结论:脐血脂联素水平与新生儿胎龄及其出生体重呈正相关,表明新生儿脂联素水平可能与胎儿宫内发育有关。 Objective:To study the relationship of adiponectin levels present in cord blood, with the newborn's birth weight,fetal age as well as the adiponectin levels of their mothers' respectively. Methods :Totally 66 subjects have been considered in this study ,including venous blood samples of 33 uncomplicated pregnant women (pregnancies group) and the cord blood samples taken at delivery of their singleton infants born at term (newborns group). The concentrations of adiponectin and insulin were acquired by radioimmunoassay technique. And SPSS was introduced for statistical analyses. Results: (1)The adiponectin level in women of late period of gestation (WLPG) (10.28±5.62) μg/ml was lower than that of the newborns average cord plasma level of adiponectin was (31.42± 15.97) μg/ml; (2)The adiponectin level in cord plasma was positively correlated with gestational age and birth weight (r= 0.411.0. 408 ,P〈0. 05) ; (3)The adiponectin level in WLPG was correlated neither with the adiponectin level nor body weights of their newborns. Conclusions:The average cord plasma adiponectin level of newborns is positively correlated with birth weight and gestational age, which suggests that adiponectin may be involved in regulating fetal growth.
