经颅多普勒超声屏气试验检测2型糖尿病患者的脑血管反应性 被引量:1

Cerebrovascular Reactivity Assessed by Transcranial Doppler Sonography with Breath-Holding Test

摘要 目的:评估经颅多普勒超声检查在2型糖尿病患者脑血管病变的临床应用价值。方法:76例2型糖尿病患者和62例健康体检者行TCD检查,对比分析两组人群大脑中动脉(M CA)、颈内动脉末端(ICA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(P I)、屏气指数(BH I)的差异。结果:患病组平均血流速度(Vm)较对照组显著加快(P<0.01),搏动指数(P I)高于对照组(P<0.01),屏气指数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:BH I客观地反映了血管的反应性,TCD检查可为2型糖尿病患者脑血管疾病的防治提供依据。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of transcranial Doppler (TCD) in the detection of the pathological changes of cerebral vessels in the 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods :There were two kinds of people comprised 76 patients with 2 diabetes mellitus and 62 healthy subjects who were examined with TCD. And to contrast the difference of the mean blood flow velocity (Vm), pulsitility index (PI) and breath holding index(BHI)of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) ,internal carotid artery(ICA)and basitar artery(BA)in the two groups. Results :The Vm and the PI (MCA) in 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly greater than those in the healthy group (P〈0. 01),the BHI in the diabetes mellitus group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:The BHI reflects the cerebrovascular reactivity objectively. The TCD detection can provide foundation for precaution and therapy in the cerebrovascular diseases of 2 diabetes mellitus.
