本文介绍了我所利用CAPSystem开发的广谱试剂酶联免疫检测应用程序的研究，它基本适用于所有酶联免疫荧光测定法的进口仪器，使这类仪器充分扩大了应用范围，经济实用，测定结果准确，值得向社会上运用此技术的单位推广。

This paper introduces our research work on the development of extensive reagent application program for ELISA de-termination based on CAP system of Pharmacia. The new application program will be suitable for all instruments of Fluoroimmunoassay,which offers a simple moethod with high accurcy and high efficieny to analyze test data and also extends the ability of instrument usage.
