目的探讨耳鼻喉门诊的医院感染护理管理的有效方法。方法根据医院感染管理办法和工作实际情况,结合高要市人民医院科室进行归纳,分析护理工作各环节,从而总结出有效的方法。结果门诊科室医院感染控制,主要是真正把工作落实到每一个工作环节,全员参与,才能减少医院感染的发生。结论建立完善的制度,管理到位,全员的参与,才能让医院感染得到有效的控制,保障医疗护理质量的安全。

Objective To discuss the efficiency method of the care and management of hospital infection ear, nose and throat out-patient. Method Based on hospital infection management and the actual situation in the light of Gaoyao City People＇s Hospital carried out into sections, analysis of various aspects of nursing work, which summed up effective method. Result Out-patient hospital infection control departments, mainly the real work into every aspect of a working, full participation, in order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. Conclusion To establish a perfect system, manages the arriving, whole staffs participation, and we can let the nosocomial infection be under the effective control, the safeguard medical care quality security.
