子宫脱垂患者术前清洁灌肠的临床护理探讨

Clinical Nursing of Uterine Prolapse in Patients with Preoperative Cleansing Enema

目的探讨子宫脱垂术前清洁灌肠中对患者护理方面的有关问题。方法以70例子宫脱垂术前清洁灌肠患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组按妇科术前清洁灌肠常规护理,实验组除按常规护理外,还注重患者的所取体位及心理护理、增加肛管插入深度等方法。结果两组在灌肠中液体的入量和灌肠后液体在体内保留的时间两组有显著差异,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论肛管插入深度20cm,可使灌肠液直接到达乙状结肠,减轻便意感,左侧臀高位可使溶液在结肠内保留时间长,灌肠前和灌肠过程中注意加强患者的心理护理,可解除患者精神紧张,达到提高灌肠效果的目的。
