浅谈上颌第一磨牙近中颊第二根管的临床治疗

摘要 目的探讨上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(MB2)的临床治疗。方法在进行根管治疗的42颗上颌第一磨牙上采用小号K锉和15%EDTA液探查MB2根管,然后预备和根充根管。结果在32颗上颌第一磨牙上发现MB2根管,发现率为76.19%,根充24颗,占57.14%。结论上颌第一磨牙MB2根管发生率高,根充MB2根管是对上颌第一磨牙根管治疗的进一步完善。
