摘要 介绍了激光烧结快速成形设备的组成和原理,阐述了激光器和激光电源、光学扫描系统、分层切片软片和计算机控制系统等几项关键技术,对金属粉末的激光烧结成形工艺进行了初步研究和分析。 The sturcture and principle of selective laser sintering system are introduced. Some key technique as laser equipment and laser power, scanning system, laycutting software and computer control system are expounded. The technologies of selective laser sintering in metal materials is tentatively investigated and analyzed.
