摘要
提出了管片式散热器芯子自动装配中的自动分片原理和方法。基于可编程序控制器和位置控制脉冲单元的主从控制，研制了散热器芯子自动装配机。样机运行表明：基本解决了国内芯子装配自动化的技术难题。
The principle and method of plate auto separation in the assemble of radiator core are proposed. Based on principle and subordinate control of programmable controller and positioning control pulse unit, radiator core auto assemble machine has been developed. The result of sample machine running shows that the important technical problem of the automatic assemble of the core is solved.
