Online Surveillance and Diagnose Network System for Large Rotary Machine Set

针对化工、石化行业大型回转机组，详细介绍了在线监测和诊断网络系统的结构和功能。该系统能及时发现机组运行异常并报警，特别是对事故发生时刻的数据信息能自动捕捉和存贮。该系统能准确地对机组故障进行诊断，确定故障类型和原因，同时也能积累机组运行的数据，为维修提供科学的依据和原始的资料。

In this paper, a detailed introduction of structure and functions of a newly developed online survelliance and diagnose network system was given, which is used for large rotary mechine set in the fields of chemical industry and petrochemical industry. Any abnormal running condition of machine sets can be discovered , and alert can be given out in time. Especially, the data and information during hapenning of accident can be captured and stored in hard disk automaticly. A definite diagnosis can be accuratly achieved, as well as fault type and its reasons. In the mean time, running data of machine set can be accumulated, as scientific basis and original data provided for maintenance.
