摘要
对NC机床评价系统的主要模块一稳定性评价模块的实现方法和结构以及稳定性评价模块中的支撑面构造、几何稳定性及视觉稳定性三个分模块的实现方法进行了研究。对工业设计美学原则“均衡与稳定”作了定量化处理,并将模糊数学引入到评价中,对机床的稳定性给出模糊评价结论。
This paper studied on the development method and structure of stability evaluation module,which is a main module of NC machine evaluation system, and researched the development method of it , s three submodule, it include supporting face structure module, geometrical stability module and visual stability module.“Balance and stable”, which is one of the industrial design aesthetics principles, has been processed quantitatively, fuzzy mathematics theory is used in the evaluation, and fuzzy evaluation conclusion on the stability of NC machine was given.
