摘要
研究了深冷处理工艺对20Ni3Mo渗碳钢耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,深冷处理可细化组织,析出微细碳化物,促使残余奥氏体转变,提高其硬度及耐磨性。
In this paper, the effects of cryogenic treatment on wear resistance of carburized steel 20Ni3Mo are studied. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can fine the structures, make ultra fine carbides precipitated and promote the residual austenite to transform. The hardness and wear resistance can also be raised by cryogenic treatment.
