摘要
采用压铸法制取了Al2O3-SiO2短纤维增强ZL109复合材料,并对其滑动磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,纤维含量及分布规律是影响复合材料磨损性能的重要因素。随着纤维体积含量增加,复合材料的摩擦磨损性能提高;当纤维取向垂直于摩擦面时,复合材料的摩擦磨损性能比纤维平行于摩擦面取向要好。复合材料的磨损机制主要为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,在较高载荷下特出现层高和剥落。
Al2O3-SiO2 short fiber reinforced ZL109 alloy composite is fabricated by squeeze cast,and its sliding wear behaviours have been studied. The results indicate that the fibers content and their distribution in the matrix are two important factors which affect the sliding wear behaviours of the composite. The tribological properties of the composite have been improved with the increasing fiber content and when the fibers are perpendicular to the sliding surface the composite has better tribological properties by comparison with the fibers parallel to the sliding surface. The main wear mechanisms of the composite are the oxidation wear and abrasive wear, as the load increases, delamination and debris wi1l occur.
