浅论我国民族地区家具销售自有品牌的资源整合

On the Resources Conformity of Domestic Brand Furniture Selling in Ethnic Minority Region

摘要 随着我国民族地区家具卖场实力的不断增强,家具销售企业经营自有品牌成为未来家具市场的发展趋势之一。这一独特的家具销售营销模式通过对上游资源的有效整合,能更大程度地满足市场需求,发挥流通环节的竞争优势。但在少数民族地区,并不是所有的家具销售商都有能力适合于经营自有品牌,只有具备了一定的规模,对上游资源具有一定的掌控能力等,才可通过自有品牌的经营,实现家具卖场有效的连锁扩张。 With the constant strengthening of furniture market in ethnic minority regions, the selling industry sells domestic brand furniture will be the trend of the furniture market. This unique furniture selling model will meet the marketing needs at large and take the competitive advantage through effective conformity of upriver resources. But in ethnic minority regions, not all the furniture selling businesses have the ability to sell domestic brand, only when the business reaches a certain level and has the controlling ability to the upriver resources, could it realize the furniture market catenation expansion.
