输配电网的潮流变化时常引起各节点电压波动或造成电能的浪费，或影响用户的正常工作。针对电压质量存在的问题，研究了低压配电网电压控制装置的接入及其控制效果。着重研究电压控制装置的高压或低压实现问题以及两者的技术经济性比较，从而给出装置的合理初步设计。

The variation of power flow will cause the voltage fluctuation and energy wastage, then affect the operation for consumers. The paper presents the development for the voltage control device of lower voltage distribution grids. The critical points of the paper are the high-voltage and low-voltage implementations, the comparison between them, and the design procedure.
