摘要
律师辩护是从国外引入的一项法律制度,中国古代就有了律师辩护的萌芽。本文通过对邓析政治思想及辩护活动的阐述,探析中国律师辩护制度的起源,揭示中国古代社会诉讼辩护制度的发展状况。
Lawyer defence is a law system introduced from abroad. There was sprout of defence in ancient China. The paper aims to analyse the origin of the system and reveal the development situation of lawsuit defence system in ancient China by illustrating the political thought and the defence acitivies of Deng Xi.
