摘要
文章根据罗杰斯"非指导性"教学模式的理论,从教学中应以学生为中心、应注重情感因素的介入、建立和谐的师生关系、创设良好的教学心理氛围等方面对大学英语教师课堂角色作了探析。
With the English teaching practice of her own and in view of Rogers' nondireetive teaching theory, the paper approaches the roles of college English teachers from the following four aspects: The teaching should he student-centered; The application of emotions should be paid more attention to; Harmony teacher-student relationship should be established; Good psychology atmosphere for teaching should be created.
