Research on Countermeasures of Storehouse Speedy Receiving and Sending Based on TOC

从后方仓库快速收发作业流程着手，运用TOC理论的思维流程，通过DBR系统找出制约快速收发作业速度和能力的瓶颈环节，再利用CRT图分析瓶颈环节速度慢的原因，并针对上述原因提出改善的对策。

Starting with the flow chart of storehouse speedy receiving and sending, using Thinking Process of TOC, to find the bottleneck point which restricts speed and capacity by through Drum - Buffer - Rope system. Then it utilizes Current Reality Tree to analyze the reasons lied to this, and gives us countermeasures at last.
