为应对作战需求对于战备物资储备的挑战，提出战备物资储备供应链资源配置管理理念，从概念、作用、目标、原则、构成、体系及实施等方面对其进行分析与探索，并给出了部分配置管理实施策略和建议，为战备物资储备体系的优化提供了理论指导。

In order to deal with the challenges of the combat readiness material reserve raised by the need of combat, this paper brings forward the concept of the resource allocation management of combat readiness material reserve supply chain, analyzes and explores the resource allocation management of combat readiness material reserve supply chain from the concept, function, target, principle, constitute, system, implementation, and so on, and also proposes some suggestions on the practice of allocation management, which can provide theory guidance for optimizing the system of combat readiness material reserve.
