摘要
阐述混合励磁双凸极发电机(hybrid excitation doubly salient generator,HEDSG)的结构,建立了并列结构HEDSG的数学模型。利用有限元分析软件Ansoft对电机永磁(electro-magnetic,PM)和电励磁(electro-magnetic,EM)部分的电磁参数采用先分别计算、后叠加合成的分析方法,对并列结构HEDSG空载时不同励磁电流下的电感、电势与发电机整流输出电压进行了仿真计算与分析,并结合实验得出了发电机的空载特性。在此基础上,通过对PM和EM部分磁链和电势的仿真计算,对发电机负载下的电枢反应进行了深入分析,从中得出了并列结构HEDSG具有PM与EM双发电、单PM发电以及PM发电/EM电动这3种工作模态,同时结合电枢反应分析求解了不同工作模态之间的边界条件。最后,对并列结构HEDSG的空载特性以及电枢反应的特点进行了归纳总结。
The structure of the hybrid excitation doubly salient generator (HEDSG) with a parallel magnetic circuit is introduced, and the relative mathematical model is built. Meantime, inductance, EMF, and the output DC voltage of HEDSG at different exciting currents are simulated with the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software-Ansoft. The solution procedure is that the parameters of the permanent magnetic part (PM) and the electro-magnetic part (EM) are calculated respectively first, then a calculation is performed based on the results of PM and EM as well as HEDSG, and the open circuit characteristic curve. Armature reaction under load is analyzed in detail based on the no-load analysis. Flux linkage and EMF of PM and EM parts are caculated by Ansoft, An important conclusion is drew based on the armature action analysis that the HEDSG with a parallel magnetic circuit have three working stages -- dual generating stages, single generating stage, and generating/motoring stages. Moreover, the boundary conditions among three working stages are solved. In the end, the open circuit characteristic of HEDSG and the characters of armature reaction in HEDSG are summarized briefly.
