摘要
将记忆电机的概念运用到双凸极电机设计中,提出一种新型的双凸极永磁记忆电机。由于该电机中采用了具有高剩磁、低矫顽力的铝镍钴,使得在几乎不产生额外损耗的情况下就可以方便地实现在线调磁,从而实现真正意义上的弱磁。同时,该双凸极永磁电机的结构特点决定了电枢反应几乎不会影响永磁体的磁化状态,保证了永磁体工作点的稳定性。该文提出一种简化磁滞模型与常规有限元时步法结合的方法,计算分析了电机各项性能,并与样机的试验结果进行比较,验证了该电机的设计思想与分析方法。
A novel doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor with memory characteristic was proposed. The aluminum nickel cobalt alloy (AlNiCo) magnet with low coercive force and high residual flux density was used so that the air-gap flux could be online tuned without additional copper loss. The property of DSPM structure guaranteed the magnets having natural immunity from accidental demagnetization by armature reaction. A simplified hysteresis model coupled with time stepping finite element method was also proposed. Both no load and load characteristics were calculated and compared with corresponding experimental results.
