The BTFS-1-01 preselection machine for the gasket of individual suspension＇ s spacer sleeve was introduced, which is fitted on the new flexible assembly line of individual suspension. The preseleetion machine controlled by a computer can measure intelligently the total thiehness of gasket which is placed between the inner ring of bearing and the spacer sleeve when the A-arm of individual suspension fitted correctly, and the equipment can also product the optimized gasket project, so the product quality and the production efficiency can be improved. The preseleetion machine is a new product in the assembly of individual suspension. The design idea, components and characteristics of the syetem were described.
